What it is

Downtime

Mild peels: minimal flaking, slight redness for 1‑3 days.
Medium‑depth peels: peeling, more redness, sensitivity, downtime 5‑7 days.
Need to avoid sun, use gentle skincare; healing creams, moisturisers.

How many sessions needed

Mild peels may be done in a series of 3‑6 sessions every 2‑4 weeks.
Medium peels often need fewer sessions (1‑3) but spaced further apart.
Maintenance as required to sustain results.
